CONTRACT OF SALE
All orders that you place with us through our website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you place a order to purchase from Fragrance in Flame candles and melts we will send you an email confirming receipt and details of your order. The final acceptance of your order will be complete at the time we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Any products from the order not confirmed in the invoice enclosed with the dispatch confirmation email have not been purchased and therefor the ownership remains with Fragrance in Flame candles and melts until payment of the order has been made.
We are not currently V.A.T. registered.
EXCLUSIVITY
Approval is needed before becoming a Fragrance in Flame candle or melt stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockist in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. If you don’t place a reorder within six months Fragrance in Flame candles and melts will consider the stockist time to be lapsed and exclusivity will be void.
MAINLAND UK DELIVERY
Delivery cost is £6.00 for gift boxes and £4.00 for all other orders. We offer free delivery on all orders over £30 excluding delivery charges. Calculated at checkout.
We ship UK orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class and can usually be expected within 1-2 business days.
Wholesale or high value orders will be sent with Tracking details once your order has been despatched. You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your candles urgently, please get in touch prior to ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We hope that you’ll be thrilled with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn’t right, we are on hand to help. Contact us through our website or at contact jacqui@fragranceinflame.co.uk for assistance and we’ll get back to you promptly.
We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 48 hours of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
If your package arrives damaged, you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
PRODUCTS
All goods are subject to availability and whilst we endeavour to keep good stock levels at all times, we regret we cannot always guarantee to have all the different fragrances and colours in stock. We will inform you of any items that are unavailable as soon as we possibly can to avoid disappointment. Colours of candles and melts may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders or custom packages placed with Fragrance in Flame are non-refundable.
INCORRECT ORDERS/GOODS NOT RECEIVED/BREAKAGES
Should any of the goods supplied arrive damaged, or do not meet the requirements stated on your original order, Fragrance in Flame shall have no liability unless you notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the goods. All items that have been damaged through transit, can be refused at point of delivery or should be kept by you until you have notified us and supplied sufficient photographic evidence of said damage. In turn we will offer you a full refund.
Any claims for incorrect or damaged orders should be made via email or through our contact form on our website.
